Indian Creek Ranch, rests in a scenic valley within Northern Colorado's foothills -- an area widely known as the "gateway to the Rocky Mountains" and Rocky Mountain National Park. Gated for privacy and enveloped in 2,200 acres of prime Larimer County Open Space, the community offers far-reaching views of undulating foothills, craggy rock formations and snow-capped mountain peaks. Only seven sites are currently developed within the 23-site Indian Creek Ranch, and each home site (developed and undeveloped) is 35 acres.

An area landmark called "Devil's Backbone," named for the dramatic spine-like ridge that rises at the crest of a large swell, borders Indian Creek Ranch to the south. This area offers Indian Creek Ranch residents a picturesque backdrop, abundant wildlife sightings and easy access to miles of navigable hiking and biking trails that wind through the Devil's Backbone Open Space corridor. In fact, the Devil's Backbone trailhead is the southern access point of a 14-mile regional trail system.
